Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By selecting Accept, creating or using an account, or using Caribbean Breeze Dominoes, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you may not use features that require acceptance of these Terms, including player communication features.

These Terms apply to Caribbean Breeze Dominoes on iOS, Android, and the web, including the browser/WebGL version, as well as related online services operated by Caribbean Breeze Games.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping any credentials or access methods secure. Guest accounts may still be associated with game-service identifiers used to operate, secure, and moderate the service.

You may not impersonate another person, access another player's account without permission, create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes, or attempt to evade a suspension or ban.

3. License and Platform Terms

Caribbean Breeze Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Caribbean Breeze Dominoes for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.

If you obtain the iOS version through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the license for the iOS application unless a custom EULA is provided through App Store Connect. These Terms additionally govern your Caribbean Breeze Games account, online services, community conduct, user-generated content, and related service features.

If you obtain the Android version through Google Play, your use of the app is also subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies. The browser/WebGL version is governed by these Terms and any additional notices presented on the website.

4. Community Conduct and User-Generated Content

Caribbean Breeze Dominoes includes multiplayer and player communication features. Text chat is available on supported versions, and voice chat may be available on supported mobile platforms.

You may not use the service to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or repeatedly abuse another person.
• Post or communicate hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Post sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Encourage violence, illegal activity, or harm toward another person.
• Spam, scam, deceive, impersonate others, or deliberately disrupt the community.
• Share another person's private information without permission.
• Attempt to evade chat filters or other safety and moderation systems.
• Use cheats, exploits, unauthorized tools, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage.

Our Community Guidelines provide additional detail and form part of these Terms.

5. Filtering, Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

Caribbean Breeze Games may use automated filtering and human review to help detect objectionable content, abuse, spam, cheating, or other violations.

Players may report objectionable content or abusive users and may block other players using available in-game safety tools. Reports should be made in good faith. Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports may itself result in account action.

We may remove offending content, restrict communication features, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, or take other reasonable action when violations are confirmed. Reports involving objectionable content or abusive users will be acted on within 24 hours when action is required.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. When you submit content through Caribbean Breeze Dominoes, such as chat messages, you grant Caribbean Breeze Games a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to transmit, display, store, process, filter, and review that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and moderate the service.

Content may be retained when reasonably necessary for moderation, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping.

7. Fair Play and Service Security

You may not:

• Cheat, manipulate results, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software or automation.
• Interfere with game servers, networking, accounts, or another player's connection.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Attempt to bypass security, moderation, purchase, or account restrictions.

We may correct game results, rankings, rewards, purchases, or account data when reasonably necessary to address technical errors, fraud, cheating, or abuse.

8. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Virtual Content

Caribbean Breeze Dominoes may offer optional purchases, subscriptions, virtual items, currency, or other digital content. Virtual content does not represent real-world money or property and may only be used within the service as permitted by Caribbean Breeze Games.

Purchases made through Apple or Google are also subject to the payment, billing, cancellation, and refund rules of the applicable store. Web purchases, where offered, are subject to the terms presented during the transaction and applicable law.

9. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The service may use third-party providers for features such as authentication, multiplayer services, hosting, analytics, advertising, payments, or platform functionality. Your use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual Property

Caribbean Breeze Dominoes, including its software, graphics, artwork, logos, designs, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Caribbean Breeze Games and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the game or our intellectual property to you.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms and should be reviewed before using the service.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Caribbean Breeze Dominoes at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or the Community Guidelines, abused another player, cheated, committed fraud, created a security risk, or otherwise caused significant harm to the service or community.

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination. Account deletion options are available through the game or our account deletion page.

13. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue portions of Caribbean Breeze Dominoes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and maintenance, outages, device limitations, or network conditions may affect access.

14. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Caribbean Breeze Dominoes and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, browser, operating system, or internet connection.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caribbean Breeze Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the game, our services, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. When a material update requires renewed acceptance, we may require you to accept the new version before using applicable online or communication features.

17. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply in your place of residence remain in effect and are not waived by these Terms.
